6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting, you grant Doctak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights to post the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

7. Verification and Badges

  • Verification badges indicate that certain credentials were reviewed at a point in time. They are not endorsements of clinical quality.
  • We may revoke verification if provided information is inaccurate or out of date.

8. Jobs and Opportunities

  • Job listings are provided by third parties. Doctak is not responsible for the accuracy of listings or outcomes of employment processes.

9. AI Features

  • AI-supported drafting or image assistance is for informational purposes only and must not replace professional judgment.
  • Verify the accuracy of AI outputs before use. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
