Terms Summary

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DocTak platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. DocTak is a professional networking platform for healthcare professionals — all users are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect community guidelines.

1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DocTak platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DocTak. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including guests who browse public content without creating an account.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

The DocTak platform, including its name, logo, source code, design, features, and all related intellectual property, is owned by DocTak and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for user-generated content (which remains owned by users, subject to our license), you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our prior written consent.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@doctak.net.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
